Summer Internship

Tern Systems offers summer positions for undergraduate (second and third year) and postgraduate students in all fields from computer science to engineering, marketing, business management and administration.

As a summer intern, you will either be supporting a running project in one of our divisions, or become part of a team with other summer interns working on a specific, potentially cross-divisional project.

As an ideal candidate, you are curious to learn more about aviation, you have a genuine interest in problem solving, you have a keen eye for detail and you are ready to contribute to making the skies (and the grounds) ever safer for all aircraft.

Who we are

Tern Systems is an established and trusted provider of Air Traffic Control solutions, with over 70 employees and over 25 years of successful deliveries to customers in Europe, Asia and Africa. Tern Systems is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Isavia ANS, the Icelandic Air Navigation Service Provider, that manages air traffic in the Icelandic air traffic control area.
