Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with user needs and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to drive the UX design process from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to inform design decisions.
• Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX design and fintech.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Experience in fintech or financial services industry is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred but not required.
