Scrum Master – LS First

LS Retail is looking for a Scrum Master to join our team to guide the development of our LS First product. The Scrum Master´s goal is to act as a servant leader to the Scrum Team and support the team in delivering software of high value.

Main assignments

• Help Scrum Teams to create high-value product, remove impediments and facilitate Scrum events.
• Conducting release planning, sprint planning, product and sprint backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives, daily standup meetings, user story development, estimation, and other related activities.
• Support Product Owner of effectively manage a Product Backlog to maximize its value
• Support the Project Manager in delivering solutions and product updates to customers
• Help the team and other stakeholders to remember the end goal, which is to deliver high value software to our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2+ years acting as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development team.
• 2+ years of technology experience
• Project Management experience is an asset
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Fluency in written and spoken English (other languages an asset)
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
