Icelandair is looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the Service Innovation Product Team. We are seeking someone who either knows the Salesforce platform inside out or has a solid foundation and is committed to mastering it. What you will be doing:

As a Salesforce Developer at Icelandair, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your focus will be on writing clean, scalable, and reusable code while ensuring long-term maintainability and performance. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other fellow experts to create solutions that improve customer self-service, agent productivity, and overall operational efficiency.

What you should know and be capable of:

We are looking for a highly skilled developer with strong expertise in the Salesforce platform and extensive experience in Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integrations. You should have a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

We expect you to take ownership of your work, drive continuous improvements, and push for high-quality, maintainable solutions. You should be comfortable working both independently and within a collaborative team environment, even leading less senior Salesforce developers when applicable. A keen interest in staying ahead of new Salesforce developments and applying them in meaningful ways is highly appreciated.
