Position Summary

The QA Manager will own quality at Mint for hardware, calibration, checkout, software, and performance metrics for a system that will be used across hospitals in Europe every day.

The Work
– We are looking for someone to take our QA process to the next level
– The QA manager will have the responsibility of defining the QA process for the hardware scanner, software for verification and registration of medication, and the user interface design
– Specifically, they will determine what unit and system level tests are needed and work with the rest of the development team to put them in place
– Mint will also look to the QA Manager to support our efforts to get certification from regulators in both Europe and United States

Experience
– 8+ years experience with software development and testing
– 4+ years developing rigorous testing processes
– Experience assessing the performance of computer vision systems
– Experience with hardware and healthcare products
– Familiarity with C++, Python, and HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3
