Product Owner WEB

We are currently looking for an experienced Product Owner for a Website to join our Digital team.

You will be responsible for our flagship storefront and the user experience (including human visitors and digital crawlers).

We believe you have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of SEO, strong analytical skills, outstanding project management skills, and being able to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Project management of web development, according to roadmap and budgets
• Ensuring functionality across browsers and devices
• Monitoring online traffic and conversions
• Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
• Optimize loading speeds and capacity
• Update website content and review SEO
• Ensure site security by setting in collaboration with external partners
• Performing A/B testing and other performance measures
• Manage technical partners, external developers and internal teams
• Active participation during brainstorm and strategy meetings with cross-functional teams
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
• Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
• Familiarity with the latest web standards
• Working knowledge of website management tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
• Ability to generate creative ideas
• Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
• Working experience in a digital web role in a cross-functional team environment
• Ability to manage diverse and cross-cultural teams
• Excellent communication (fluent in written and spoken English) and teamwork skills
• Reliability and punctuality
• Knowledge of the aviation industry is a significant advantage
