Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual who will fill the position of Product Marketing Specialist. Product marketing supports the sales productivity and customer satisfaction by collecting feedback from stakeholders, supporting BDMs in sales process by e.g., product improvements tracking, and help improving the product offerings to current customers. The individual functions as the link between the Marketing team, Product team, Customer success team and Sales team.

Product Marketing Specialist focuses on all Annata’s targeted industries (Automotive, Equipment, and Trucks and Buses) and line of business solutions (D365 Finance & Operations, D365 Customer Engagement, Field Service, Business Intelligence, etc.), and services.

Responsibilities:

Collect customer feedback (surveys, customer feedback, interview, etc) regarding the product, and communicate to the product team
Communicate the feedback areas to the product team, to ensure main feedback areas are considered from a product perspective
BDM feedback and the strategic development of the business
Build and enhance sales collateral material that can be delivered to leads, opportunities and customers
Work close with the Sales and industry-team to collect feedback on the current Sales collateral, to continuously improve the material
Develop demo presentation used for demand generation in events and webinars

Key Capabilities

2+ years of marketing experience
Previous Experience working with Product Marketing
Moderate technical understanding of the tech ecosystem required
Experience in Sales or Marketing of complex product, preferable in the technology space
Team orientated, ability to collaborate and work well with others
Communicates effectively verbally and written with diverse stakeholders
Powerpoint experience
Bachelors in communication, marketing, economy or other relevant area
