Operations Project Manager

Novomatic Lottery Solutions (NLS) in Iceland is looking for an efficient Project Manager to lead the Operations team

YOUR TASKS
The position focuses on helping the Operations team to prioritize incoming tasks, communicate status with stakeholders and assist with all Operations related matters.

Duties include:

• Manage day-to-day work of the team
• Work on prioritization with stakeholders
• Keep the Operations team working efficiently
• Coach the Operations team on self-organization
• Remove impediments to the Operations team’s progress
• Plan deployments
• Facilitate team meetings and events
• Participate in project increment sessions (workshops)
• Assist in adapting appropriate processes for the Operations team and their stakeholders
• Backlog grooming
• Time registration management
• Off hour support scheduling

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an efficient Project Manager with:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science
• Technical background
• Agile/Scrum/Kanban experience
• Operational background beneficial

• Organizing skills and disciplined work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• English language skills
