Your responsibilities

You would be responsible of Memento’s office, handling day-to-day task as well as the long-term project of making our environment nicer. We’re looking for a candidate that is willing to take more and more responsibility in other departments as time goes.
You’ll be helping us with

  • Ordering lunch
  • Managing office supplies
  • Keeping the office tidy
  • Collecting invoices for accounting
  • Optimising our coffee bar!
  • ad hoc task of various kind

The ideal candidate

  • Is well organized and able to handle many projects simultaneously
  • Is happy to and interested to take on tasks on a wide spectrum
  • Looking to grow and take on more responsibility with time
