Human Resources Manager
CCP is currently seeking a Manager, Human Resources for its office in Reykjavik, Iceland. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support in the areas of human resources including; recruiting, training and development, performance management, appraisal and employee relations. He/She will build strong relationships at all levels, providing advice and support to managers and employees in dealing effectively with all HR aspects.

[] Partner closely with managers to translate the HR and business strategies into tactical, practical and applied HR operational activities that support the achievement of business goals and People agenda
[] Is the first point of contact for most HR topics, for managers and employees, providing advice on, recruitment, training and development, career path, compensation and benefits, employee relations issues, performance management
[] Lead the implementation of the appropriate resourcing plans to ensure open positions are efficiently and effectively filled in a timely manner
[] Performance Management: administer the process of performance management that includes defining success, establishing measurements, providing feedback and rewarding performance.
[] Compensation and Benefits: Understand and apply total pay concepts to attract, motivate and retain key employees in the organization.

Profile:

[] Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively with a management team to establish and maintain effective human resources practices and programs.
[] Essential experience of working within matrix environment and across several cultures
[] Strong generalist background and experience,
[] Demonstrated experience developing and implementing candidate sourcing and selection processes.
[] Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and present training programs.
[] Strong knowledge of Icelandic employment law, compensation and benefits
[] HRIS experience
[] Proven ability to think and act both operationally and strategically
[] Ability and track record of engaging at all levels of the organization and effectively building trust, support and commitment
[] Effective influencing, communication and engagement skills across a diverse set of stakeholders within matrix environment
[] Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels of the organization
[] Problem solving skills which deliver both imaginative and pragmatic solutions to complex problems
[] Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects in a the fast paced and demanding environment CCP operates in

Requirements:

[] Master’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Psychology is preferred
[] Minimum of 7 to10 years of experience in a variety of Human Resource positions with 5 or more years of management experience
[] Strong knowledge of Compensation & benefits programs, relocation and international assignments will make a clear difference
[] Knowledge/Experience of software development and / or creative / engineering environment is a plus
[] Fluent English
[] Ideally experience with Scandinavian cultures
[*] Have professional experience with US and China is a significant advantage
