Job Description

As the Head of Digital Security, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Bank‘s digital security landscape. Your responsibilities will encompass setting comprehensive standards for development and technical environments, ensuring organization-wide adherence to these standards, and spearheading initiatives to enhance our security posture. Your expertise will guide the integration of security practices into our digital strategy, aligning with the principles of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) to ensure resilience against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a robust digital and cyber security strategy that aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements, including DORA.
• Standards and Compliance: Establish and enforce security standards and practices for both development and operational environments to ensure compliance with DORA and other relevant regulations.
• Security Training: Design and deliver comprehensive security training programs to raise awareness and competency across the organization.
• Expert Assistance: Provide expert security consultation and assistance to various teams, aiding in the secure development of digital products and the protection of technical environments.
• Incident Management: Lead the response to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation of risks, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in security practices.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with security vendors and partners to ensure the effective deployment of security technologies and services.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure the ongoing effectiveness of security measures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Extensive experience in digital and cyber security leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing and implementing security strategies.
• Understanding of DORA regulations and their application in a digital banking environment.
• Strong knowledge of current cyber security trends, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on team development and empowerment.
