About Us

We are an early-stage Gaming Startup in stealth mode, with the ambitious mission of creating the first casual MMO for mobile. Our team consists of industry veterans in mobile games, with extensive experience in scaling up gaming platforms with over 100 million users. As an early member of the team you have the unique opportunity to shape the world we are building. We are based in sunny Reykjavík, Iceland and beautiful Kiev, Ukraine.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in game design
• Experience designing progression, matchmaking and social systems
• Experience with game balance and pacing freemium games
• The ability to clearly articulate and express your thoughts and ability to take feedback and direction
• Passion for games of any kind

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in brainstorming and submit original ideas
• Create game design documentation
• Work closely with other team members in designing and implementing game design
• Staying up-to-date with other games, playing and analysing them, and share with the team
• Generate constructive feedback on any aspect of the game design
