Development Manager

Position Summary
Responsible for delivery of software that that will be deployed to hospitals across Europe and used every day.

The Work
– We are looking for someone that brings out the best in a team and loves getting new code to demanding customers
– Lead scrum process (support backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.)
– Identify and manage interdependencies
– Write some code! (We work on computer vision, classification algorithms, data
management, UIs and automated test)
– Take our QA process to the next level by working with our Quality Assurance Manager
(hiring in process)

Experience
– 8+ years experience with software development and testing
– 4+ years experience managing a development process with Agile/Scrum methodologies
– Experience setting up and leading team through QA process (automated system and
unit level testing)
– Background/interest in healthcare and hardware products
– Background/interest in computer vision
– Familiarity with C++, Python, and HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3
