Responsibilities:
– Strategically Design & Optimize: Build and refine cloud-based database systems that drive performance and scalability.
– Fortify Security & Compliance: Implement robust measures to ensure data integrity and regulatory adherence.
– Drive Problem Resolution: Expertly diagnose and resolve complex database challenges, ensuring seamless operations.
– Lead Migration & Deployment: Orchestrate efficient data migrations and database deployments, contributing to our cloud-first strategy.
– Innovate & Document: Develop comprehensive documentation and contribute to continuous system improvement.

Requirements:
– Extensive experience in database administration.
– Advanced proficiency in SQL technologies.
– Demonstrated ability to implement performance tuning and high-availability solutions.
– Deep understanding of database backup, recovery, and security protocols.
– Experience with cloud database platforms is a significant advantage.
– Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
– Ability to participate in an on-call rotation.
