ATC Software Development

We at Tern Systems wish to recruit ambitious individuals into our team of developers. The position includes design and programming of software solutions for air traffic management and simulation. Applicants are required to hold a degree in computer science or other related fields. A minimum of 2 year experience in programming is preferred. A successful candidate will have to have good communication skills

We mostly use C++ on Linux, some Python also and some others languages.
We use OpenUP development process http://epf.eclipse.org/wikis/openup/
28 employees are working at Tern Systems and 2-5 people in each team.

Example of tools we use:
Perforce, Valgrind, CPP check, Eclipse, GCC, GDB, MySql, Opsview, Django and more.

Example of libs we use:
QT, Boost, LibXml2, Xalan og xerces and more.

Tern Systems specializes in development and research for air traffic management systems. These include surveillance and flight data processing, aeronautical messaging handling as well as simulation solutions for training and testing. We have customers all over the world, e.g. in Iceland, South-Korea, Morocco, Indonesia, Kosovo and Ireland.
