The Role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer ready to join us on a journey to pioneer the future of digital experiences. If you have at least two years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Data Engineering, this is your opportunity to help bring AI ideas to life. Whether by applying existing models or training new ones, you’ll play a key role in building AI-driven solutions that stay ahead of industry trends. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges, ensuring our AI-powered features remain both relevant and practical.

Responsibilities

• Leverage and adapt known models or create new ones, then build and deploy them (with supporting data pipelines) in production
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to identify and address business needs
• Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI methodologies to stay ahead of the curve
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively implement improvements

Requirements

• Major interest in AI tech, latest developments and practical applications
• At least two years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Data Engineering
• A strong foundation in programming (particularly Python and TypeScript)
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production settings
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas to different audiences
