Lucinity is a SaaS startup in Reykjavík, London, Stockholm, Brussels and New York using Human AI to Make Money Good. Our anti-money laundering (AML) platform helps banks fight financial crime. Do you want to shine a light on dark finance? 

 

Who you are 

You’re a seasoned Agile Project Manager able to manage delivery across multiple Agile teams.  

  • Organize how developers design, scale, and bring to market our next-generation AML product.  
  • Break down delivery plans into weekly sprints, tracking and reporting on progress 
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Management, and DevOps teams in delivering on laid out plans 
  • An attitude where no challenge is too great 
  • Loves problem solving 

 

Focus 

  • Guide, coach, and advocate for teams of developers leveraging Agile/Scrum techniques, 
  • Advise teams to meet deliverables and resolve impediments 
  • Profile and measure software quality and performance as we continually enhance and improve our product 
     

Key challenges 

  • Provide direction and mentoring to experienced software development teams utilizing Agile techniques 
  • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally, and work well with distributed teams in order to drive work forward and remove impediments 
     

Skills & experience 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage in a way that results in highly engaged teams delivering SaaS and/or commercial software products 
  • A mindset towards quality and demonstrated knowledge of testable application design principles 
  • An in-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum techniques 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
