Position Overview:
The 3D Artist will be an integral part of our game design team, responsible for creating visually stunning 3D assets and integrating them seamlessly into our Unity-based social gaming network. With a blend of artistic talent and technical acumen, this role requires a dynamic individual who can conceptualize, design, and bring game assets to life.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and create high-quality 3D models, textures, shaders, and animations for various game assets, including characters, environments, and props.
– Collaborate with game designers, developers, and other artists to ensure the consistent and optimized implementation of assets into the Unity game engine.
– Troubleshoot and solve technical challenges related to 3D asset integration and performance.
– Optimize 3D assets for different platforms, ensuring a smooth user experience while preserving visual quality.

Qualifications:
– Some experience working as a 3D artist or technical artist, preferably in the gaming industry.
– Proficient in industry-standard 3D software.
– Extra bonus for a knowledge of Unity, including Unity Shader Graph, and experience with asset integration and optimization.
– Strong problem-solving skills, both artistically and technically.
– Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
