We are seeking an experienced and visionary Lead Mobile Developer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile application development, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building high-quality mobile experiences. As a Lead Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for guiding the technical direction of our mobile projects, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge mobile solutions.

About the Role:
– Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and direction for the mobile development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. Be accountable for the mobile part of the tech strategy and translate it into the team’s work.
– Architecture & Design: Architect, design, and implement robust, efficient, and user-friendly mobile applications, including architecting a framework that enables us to build multiple mobile applications on the SK platform in a sustainable way.
– Code Review & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews, establish coding standards, and implement best practices to maintain code quality and performance.
– Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
– Collaboration: Join a cross-functional team that supports the entire software development lifecycle incl. scoping, design, implementation, test, release, and maintenance of the SK mobile applications and new features. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
– Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and integrate them into the development process to enhance product offerings.
– Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of mobile applications.
– Performance Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
– Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all mobile development projects.

About You:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
– 8+ years of experience as a mobile developer.
– Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
– Great communication and collaboration skills and understanding of what it takes to work remotely.
– Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
– Flexibility and capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced scale-up environment.
– Experience in regulated tech development i.e. health tech or fintech is a plus.
