Position Overview:
The Game Designer will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to conceptualize, design, and refine game mechanics, features, and content for our mobile gaming platform. They should understand the unique nuances of mobile social gaming and be equipped to leverage social interactions for an enhanced player experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh, innovative ideas and concepts for new games and features, ensuring a continual pipeline of creative content.
Draft, describe, and refine game mechanics, features, and content for a diverse player base.
– Work closely with artists, developers, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and fun player experience.
– Track and analyze market trends in the mobile social gaming space. Propose new and innovative features that align with these trends.
– Use tools and software to create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
– Create clear and detailed design documents to guide the development team.
– Review game metrics to determine player behavior and make suggestions for game improvements.

Qualifications:
– 2+ years of experience in game design, preferably in the mobile and social gaming industry.
– Strong knowledge of game mechanics, monetization strategies, and user psychology.
– Familiarity with mobile UX/UI best practices.
– Proficiency in game prototyping tools.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
