Front-End Web Developer

We’re looking for a fast learner who can write solid code from day one. We love people who are creative, who are work hard and play hard types. On the Cooori team, we pride ourselves on building a fast, responsive app using modern frameworks and technologies. We’re looking for a talented front end developer to help us push the limits of what a web app can do. The perfect person for this position will be an experienced developer who takes design and user experience as seriously as we do.

What you’ll do…

• Work directly with our designers and marketers to build amazing new features that are beautiful, efficiently architected, and maintainable.
• Proactively optimize front end code to ensure a stable and fast experience for our users.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback.

About you…

• Your programming ability is way above average, as demonstrated by a continuous string of successful projects.
• You have an extensive knowledge of Javascript, CSS, and HTML5 and in-depth experience with a front end framework like jQuery.
• Fluent in Python, Ruby or any other similar languages is a benefit.
• Previous experience with any MVC frameworks such as Django or Ruby on Rails is a benefit.
• You have an eye for good design and are obsessed with making things simple and efficient.
• You’ve worked with REST APIs.
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken English.
